Faridabad's Free Sunday Running Club
Faridabad has gyms. Faridabad has restaurants. Faridabad had nothing on a Sunday morning.
So we made something. Every week. Show up and it’s yours.
Takes 3 mins. We review every application.
If you’re a fit, we’ll reach out on WhatsApp.
Running is a physical activity and comes with some risk. By applying and participating, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. We’re a community-led group, not a professional event.
We review applications weekly. If you’re a fit, we’ll reach out directly on WhatsApp.
Your data stays with us. Only used for safety.
No app telling you when to run. No coach watching your splits. No run clubs in Faridabad that actually showed up. Until now.
You don’t need to be fast. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up on a Sunday morning.
Gyatt Running is Faridabad’s only free running group, open to every pace, every Sunday at 6 AM.
Every Sunday since April 2026. The run is the excuse. Showing up is the thing.
Every time you wanted something that felt alive, you left the city. Concert in Delhi. Brunch in Gurugram. Run club? Also not here.
Faridabad is full of people who want more than the same rotation of malls and gyms. They just had nowhere to go with it.
Gyatt Running is what happens when you stop waiting for the city to give you something and just build it yourself.
No entry fee. No timing pressure. No one asking what your pace is. Show up on Sunday morning and the city feels different. That’s the whole thing.
No plan. No club. Just a Sunday morning and whoever was willing to show up.
A few Sundays later, it was never just about running anymore.
People started showing up for each other. They found training partners, new friends, accountability, and a reason to wake up early on a Sunday.
That’s what this has become.
Not a running club, but a community built one Sunday at a time. A place where everyone is welcome, whether it’s your first kilometre or your fiftieth.
Just show up. The rest has a way of falling into place.
From the runs
This is not a race. 7K if you want to push. 3K if you want to move. Walk half of it if that’s where you’re at. Nobody is keeping score except Strava and you can ignore that too.
Location drops on WhatsApp every Thursday. After the run people hang around. Talk. Make plans. Sometimes do nothing. That part is usually the best part.
Gyatt runners taking on Tuffman India 3rd Edition. 5K, 10K, 21K. Train together, finish together.
We started it because the city needed it. But Gyatt Running belongs to the people who actually show up. Routes get suggested by runners. Partners get brought in by the community. Ideas come from the group chat at 11pm on a Tuesday.
It’s free because the moment we charge, it becomes a product. We don’t want customers. We want Faridabad people who show up on Sundays because they actually want to be there.
We’re selective about who we let in. Not to be exclusive. To protect what we’ve built. Apply. If you’re a fit, we’ll reach out.
We're looking for people to help run things, not just run with us: photographers, route marshals, community hosts, and more. If you've got a few hours to give and want to help build Delhi NCR's most welcoming running community, this is where you start.
This place runs on people, not a budget. If you've got a few free hours and want to help build something real instead of just running through it, we could use you here:
