Gyatt Running is a community run club based in Faridabad, India. We operate at gyattrunning.com.

When you register or RSVP through our website, we collect:
- Your name and age
- Mobile phone number
- Area / neighbourhood (Faridabad)
- Running experience level
- Emergency contact name, phone, and relationship
- Guardian phone number (for members aged 16–17)
- Safety notes (optional)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To add you to our WhatsApp group and coordinate runs
- To contact your emergency contact in case of injury
- To track weekly RSVP attendance
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
- We do NOT use your data for advertising
4. Where Data Is Stored
Registration data is stored in Google Sheets, secured by Google's infrastructure and accessible only to Gyatt Running organisers.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts — loads fonts from Google's CDN (your IP may be logged by Google)
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on forms (privacy-friendly, no tracking cookies)
- WhatsApp — community communication (governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy)
- Instagram — photo feed displayed on site (no tracking)
6. Data Retention
We retain your registration data for as long as you are an active member. You can request deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
7. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at @gyattrunning on Instagram.
